Assignment after assignment, Exam after exam?
wake up 5 AM & getting ready go to work?
Eat the same type of food everyday?
travel on the same train? to the same place up and down?
Meet the same type of people? Interact with them everyday the same way?
Do the same job for years and nothing more interesting in it anymore?
Come home late evening that you hardly see the evening sun?
Do the homework and cleaning etc?
Watch the same TV programme and feel tired after days work? 
Going to bed little late as usual wanting to wake up a little early to do the work that you couldn't finish before bed?





How long are you living your life on a certain routine? When was the last time you changed the routine and took time off?
From the day we were born we are trained to live a routine life. Irrespective of our likes and dislikes we are compelled to live that life. I am not completely against a routine life. It has its own benefits and at the same time it has big disadvantages.  By living a routine life you are loosing enormous opportunities the life presents to you in many ways. 
And what/who is to blame for that?
More often that not you are the only person you should be blaming.. 
Our jobs eats almost half of your life, if not the major part of your life. It takes away you peacefulness, time spent with yourself, time you have for others and the time others have for you. Don't you feel you are trapped? and that Jobs stresses you unnecessarily?
A sequence of actions regularly followed are called a routine. Its in other words you acting like a machine or robots that are programmed to perform the same way it supposed to.

Routine are things that bother you every now and again as you have to repeat them very often. Routine make your life organized and systematic. But they never bring you happiness or make you reach highest potential of life. Routines are only good when you only follow the routines that are necessary to live a good life. But when you let too many routines in to your life you loose the interesting things in life. 
Can you distinguish yesterday from today? Last week from this week? Last month from this? And last year from this?

Routines make your life boring. It doesn't make you happy. It doesn't let you feel the beauty of life.
What happens when you have less routines in life?
  1. You have more flexibility.
  2. Gives you different experiences.
  3. Face different situations in life better and change according to situations.
  4. More leisure time and time for creativity.
  5. Do what you always wanted to do 
  6. Spend enough time with the people who matter to you most
  7. Volunteer time and your energy 
How to change Routines,
1. TRAVEL.
2. CHANGE WHERE YOU LIVE.
3. HANG OUT & FIND NEW FRIENDS
4. FIND A NEW JOB.
5. CHANGE THINGS FROM ROOM ARRANGEMENTS TO YOUR TRAVEL MODE.
6. EAT DIFFERENTLY
7. READ MORE BOOKS
8. TALK TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND READ AS MUCH AS STORIES  
9 CRACK A JOKE OR TWO EVERY NOW & THEN
